Consider and prioritize recommendations from Metro's Countywide Strategic Truck Arterial Network (CSTAN) that minimize emissions exposure for vulnerable populations through County planning efforts.

Collaborate with the City of Los Angeles, Santa Monica, and other members of the Building Decarbonization Coalition to develop building energy and emissions performance standards that put the County on a path towards building decarbonization.
Develop a publicly-accessible community energy map that identifies opportunities for deploying distributed energy resources and microgrids in order to improve energy resiliency in disadvantaged communities.
